Description :

TAP 5052 STRAIGHT/NEAT CUTTING OIL ADDITIVE has been formulated to give excellent anti-wear and E.P. characteristics to cover a broad range of metal cutting applications like broaching, TAP ping, threading, Grinding as well as drilling etc.
The product should be blended with highly refined base stocks of appropriate viscosity grades required by end applications.

Performance :

TAP 5052 when formulated with proper base stocks, provides excellent chemicals and oxidation stability with good heat transfer properties in addition to antiwear, E.P characteristics which is the basic criteria for metal working oils.
Due to its better surface finishing and adequate E.P. and anti-wear performance it provides excellent metal properties without staining the ferrous as well as non ferrous metal surfaces.
It is non toxic and non corrosive to human being.
Dosage% : 4.0 to 8.0 % w/w depends on severity of application in proper viscosity grade and type of base oils (SN 70/SN 150 group I) to achieve the required performance for end applications.
