Description :
- TAP 5049Q is an ash less type quenching oil additive package specially formulated to meet better thermal, chemical and oxidation stability.
Features :
- It contains special type of dispersants detergent package, which helps in reducing the carbon residue and controlling viscosity rise, which in turn protects oil degradation.
- The deposit formations are reduced to extreme extent due to advanced technology based detergent.
- Compatible with all conventional available mineral based quenching oils.
- The thermal & oxidation stability of the formulated oils with TAP 5049A is 3 times superior than conventional available quenching oils.
- It has excellent results in ASTM D 130 test comparative to other packages in prolonged exposures to heat. It passes Cincinnati Milacron thermal stability test.
- Longer drains periods - enhanced life and constant saving due to better heat transfer and better dispersancy.
- Excellent quench time due to presence of special polar additive system thus gives better results of metal rheology.
